What are the most effective strategies for managing stress, time, and emotions? What role do mirror neurons play in empathy? How can you tap into the power of visualization to achieve your goals? Through a deep dive into positive psychology and a variety of activities, such as journaling, group discussions, and outings near campus, you will cultivate evidence-based tools to optimize your happiness, help you thrive, and become the best version of yourself.Please note : This mini-course will not take place on the main campus of the University of Ottawa, but at the Lees campus.
