Hack the System is your mini backstage pass into the powerful world of digital and AI Marketing, Public Relations and Media Influencers.

In this interactive class, you'll learn about viral trends and how they captivate millions and why certain social and environment movements gain momentum while others just fade out?
The secrets of psychological persuasion used by corporations, influencers, and activists alike. You'll go into a real time marketing agency that manages social justice issues for clients. From the global buzz of that 'Red Bull' stunts bring more buyers of Red Bull drinks to that famous ""Summer of Barbie"" campaign, you'll learn how brands and politics and environmental movements capture big attention, shift opinions, and rally people to act and vote to their will. But here's the twist: once you know their methods, you'll be equipped to turn them upside-down and onto them.

What You'll Do:
Day 1: Dismantle the media playbook: Ads, algorithms, and the psychology of influence and persuasion.
Day 2: Reverse-engineer Public Relations tactics behind the biggest movements and scandals.
Day 3: Get hands-on: Create a campaign to disrupt injustices or promote environmental change.
Day 4: FIELD TRIP: Explore a downtown marketing agency: learn how marketing powers activism
Day 5: Time to Pitch your idea: Present your own social justice PR campaign to a special guest panel!
