Course Description
I believe we, as a society, have done a disservice to past generations by not educating them on all things related to financial literacy (budgeting, saving, investing, credit, planning, etc...). Although I am happy that it is now part of the Ontario curriculum, there is still a large gap that we must fill for current youth. Personal finance is an intimidating thing to talk about so my practice has always focused on simplifying things, education, and providing relatable real-world information. I would love the opportunity to educate more individuals on personal finance so they can reach their long-term goals.
Biography
I have nearly ten years experience in banking but I'm not like your typical "banker". My unique history in finance combined with my passion for education come together beautifully in my mini-course on financial literacy. I focus on making personal finance less intimidating and providing relatable real-world applications for what I'm teaching.
