Rooted in positive psychology, this mini-course will provide you with the opportunity to explore the science of happiness and tools to optimize your mental and physical health. You will learn the five building blocks of well-being (Positive Emotions, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, & Achievement) and the role physical activity plays in each. In just five days, you will be equipped to apply theories and research-based skills to your own life to foster your well-being. Activities such as journaling, group discussions, and TED talks are included in the mini-course to ultimately help you flourish and cultivate a happy mind in a happy body.
