Course Description
This mini-course offers a critical view of the Criminal Justice system from historical and social perspectives. Students learn the underlying forces that formed the basis of criminal law and the criminal justice system in Europe and later in Canada. This mini-course relies on games, Kahoot, and mock trials to actively engage students in class and facilitate learning.
